    ABOUT TRAMADOL

Tramadol is a prescription medication primarily used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. Tramadol is prescribed for the treatment of various types of pain, including post-operative pain, pain due to injury, musculoskeletal pain, and chronic pain conditions such as osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.

Tramadol works by binding to opioid receptors in the brain and spinal cord, inhibiting the transmission of pain signals. It also enhances the activity of certain neurotransmitters such as serotonin and norepinephrine, which further contribute to its analgesic effects.
